How does access work?
Every package is a digital product. After checkout you receive an email with a secure access link to your vendor list, sourcing sheets and any bonus resources.
How fast is delivery after purchase?
Delivery is instant. As soon as Shopify confirms your payment, your access link is generated and emailed to the address used at checkout.
How do you verify vendor quality?
Suppliers are contacted, sampled and re-checked before being added. Any vendor that stops responding or fails a quality check is removed and replaced.
What is your refund policy?
Because packages are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final once the access link is opened. If your link fails or you were charged twice, contact support and we will fix it.
Do I need a business to use these vendors?
No. Most suppliers work with individual resellers, though a few wholesale accounts may ask for a resale certificate.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout runs entirely through Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout. We never see or store your payment details.
